Web Applications 01

When a website isn't enough, you need a web app.

Dashboards, portals, member areas, internal tools, full SaaS products: the software your brand actually runs on. We build them on React and Node, the same senior engineers from architecture to launch, so what ships is fast, secure and genuinely yours to own.

Beyond the brochure 01

A marketing site informs. A web app does the work.

There's a moment in most growing businesses where a set of static pages stops being enough. When a restaurant needs guests to book a table, place an online order, or join a loyalty program, or when any organization needs people to log in, see their own data and self-serve what a human used to handle by email. That's an application, and it lives or dies on the engineering underneath it.

Zoned Marketing was founded by software engineers, so this is home turf. Our Head of Web & Digital Experience has shipped full-stack applications for nearly a decade: JavaScript, PHP, Python, React and Node across AWS and GCP. We treat data models, performance, security and accessibility as first-class concerns from the first commit, not a phase-two retrofit.

What we build 02

From a single internal dashboard to a full SaaS product, one engineering team, end to end.

Different problems, same standards. Whether it's a reservation and online-ordering platform thousands of restaurant guests use, or an internal tool five admins drive daily, it's the same senior engineers and the same rigor around data, speed and access.

01

Reservation & Online-Ordering Platforms

Booking, online-ordering and loyalty platforms built for restaurants and food service: table reservations, pickup and delivery, menu management and integrations with the third-party apps your guests already use. Software that owns the guest relationship instead of renting it.

Reservations · Online ordering · Loyalty
02

Customer & Partner Portals

Secure portals where your customers, partners or vendors log in to see their own data, submit requests and self-serve the things that used to clog an inbox. Fewer support emails, happier users, a system that scales as you grow.

Auth · Self-service · Document workflows
03

Member Areas & Communities

Gated member experiences with accounts, profiles, content libraries, subscriptions and community features. Tightly integrated with your CRM and payments so membership data flows where your marketing and finance teams need it.

Memberships · Subscriptions · CRM-connected
04

SaaS Products & Platforms

Multi-tenant SaaS built to be sold, with onboarding, billing, usage metering, admin tooling and the architecture to support real customers from day one. We can take you from validated idea to a launched, instrumented product.

Multi-tenant · Billing · Onboarding
05

Workflow & Process Apps

Applications that replace the manual back-and-forth: intake forms, approvals, scheduling, case management and the connective automation between your existing tools. Software shaped around how your organization actually works.

Forms · Approvals · Workflow automation
06

APIs & Integrations

The plumbing that makes everything talk: clean REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations and data pipelines that connect your app to the CRMs, payment processors and platforms it needs to work with.

REST · GraphQL · Third-party integrations

The stack 03

Built on React and Node, with the boring engineering that keeps an app alive.

Component-driven front ends in React, APIs and services in Node, with the data models, testing and infrastructure that decide whether an app is a pleasure to run or a liability in year two. The unglamorous parts are exactly where we're strongest.

  • React & component-driven UI
  • Node & API service layer
  • Thoughtful data modeling
  • Authentication & role-based access
  • WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
  • AWS / GCP, monitored & backed up

How we build 04

A process built for software that has to hold up, built by a team you can actually hand it to.

Applications are long-lived, so we build them in the open: you watch the work take shape on a live staging environment, and you finish owning the code, the accounts and the documentation.

Map the problem

We dig into the workflows, users and data your app has to handle, then define the smallest version that delivers real value, so you ship sooner and learn faster.

Architect the data

Data model, API surface, auth and integrations are designed up front. Get this right and the app scales gracefully; get it wrong and everything fights you later.

Prototype the flows

Clickable prototypes of the core screens, so stakeholders react to the real experience and we catch the awkward flows before they're expensive to change.

Build in the open

Iterative sprints on a live staging environment you can watch, with accessibility and performance checks running the entire way, no black boxes.

QA & harden

Cross-browser, cross-device, WCAG, load and security testing, because an app that mishandles data or breaks under traffic isn't finished.

Launch, train & run

A monitored deploy, real training and documentation, then optional hosting and an evolution roadmap, so the platform stays fast and keeps getting better.

Why Zoned Marketing 05

A web app from a team that markets too, wired for growth, not just function.

Plenty of dev shops can build you an app. Far fewer build it knowing how you'll acquire users, measure them and turn the thing into a growth engine. We do, because the engineers sit beside the marketers.

Built by engineers

Founder-led development with 9+ years of full-stack experience, not a junior team learning to build software on your budget.

Analytics from day one

GA4, event tracking and dashboards wired in at build time, so you can see how the app is actually used the moment it launches.

Accessible by default

WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and keyboard-first interactions baked in and sharpened on the regulated, public-facing work we do most.

You own everything

Your code, your cloud accounts, your data and clean documentation, with no proprietary lock-in, no being held hostage to renew.

Built to integrate

Your app doesn't live alone. We connect it to your CRM, payments and marketing stack so data flows where it needs to.

Senior, end to end

The people in the pitch are the people in the repo: boutique attention with national-firm engineering standards.

A note on attribution: these are engagements our founders and senior team have led, several during prior tenures. We present them as the experience you'd be hiring. Credentials, not company client logos.

Let's build 08

Have an app in mind? Let's scope it.

A dashboard, a portal, a member area, a SaaS product: tell us what you're trying to build. We'll walk you through how we'd architect it, what it takes, and whether we're the right team to ship it.
